I'm just a brony who enjoys reading/writing Twidash. Maybe some other ships as well. I like snowboarding, video games (particularly GTA V), and playing guitar. I fear I have run out of things to say.

Well, I think this was a long time coming...

I have decided to officially halt any progress on stories either published or not. As some of you may know, I haven't logged on here in two months, so this shouldn't come as a surprise. I stopped having as much fun. It stopped being so exciting. This is not anyone in particular's fault. Or anyone's fault at all, for that matter. This is a personal choice. Maybe someday I'll get that spark back...

Congratulations to the Winners of the Twidash Contest

Congratulations to Timaeus, Vertorm, and the first place winner, elPossenreisser. While the only one out of those I've read is Timaeus', I'm sure they're all fantastic and I plan to read them in the future. Sadly, my story, Reading Days Gone Awry, did not place. While it is disappointing, it also means I am going to try doubly hard in the next contest, which has already been announced. I already

Reasons it's Taking so Long to Release a New Chapter

I've decided with writing my one-shot, Reading Days Gone Awry, and from reading and hearing about Spellbound Fireflies by bats, which was written a good deal ahead before being released, that I am going to write the next three chapters in full before releasing any more. It gives me more control and makes me feel better about writing it. If I want to add more foreshadowing, I can. And don't worry,

    Now I'm Sad

I just turned off my laptop for the final time. I've had that computer since I was sick for a week and a half in November 2010. My life has changed so much since then. I was forced out of my comfort zone and changed for the better. I went away from home for more than a couple days. I even got a whole new group of friends that mean so much more to me than any groups in the past. While my

Just a Quick Update, and a Request for Your Opinion. · 5:50pm Oct 8th, 2012

For anyone who hasn't seen my comment, I will post it here:

Sorry it hasn't been updated in a while. I got a little stuck while trying to think of the second chapter, so I've taken a couple of weeks to not write anything and just think about it a bit. In the last couple of days I've had a bit of a breakthrough, I'm about to start writing again. It should be done at some point, I don't really know when, but hopefully soon. I haven't time the past couple of nights to work on it though.

Other than that, I would like your opinion on something. I'm considering converting my story to past tense, instead of present. I feel I have think too hard on what words I use, instead of just writing what comes naturally. I would only do the next chapter and so forth, but I think it needs consistency. What are your thoughts on this? did you like how it was written? Do you think I should change it? Are you indifferent?

Well, I kinda like it in present tense... But that's just me. Do what you wish, as long as you keep writing.

410175 If people actually like it, I'll probably keep it, it's not that big of a deal. But all of the comments I got on the actual story about it cited it as "weird", so I just assumed everyone thought that.

That would be up to you. Personally, I'm not quite sure, honestly how that would affect it, other than fixing consistency issues. There might be less issues converting to present tense, but without doing one or the other, you won't know. I'm not a writer, by any means, but i'm always happy to lend an opinion. I personally don't have any preference, beyond sharing your thought of seeing some consistency.

410192 If what you meant was write it in past tense, then convert it to present, I might do that. If that wasn't what you meant, thanks for the idea anyway!

It wasn't exactly what i meant, but you're welcome for the unintentional idea. I admit... That was weirdly worded, but you seemed to have gotten part of what i meant to say. What i meant to say was choose one or the other, but stick with it, in a nutshell. Kind of.

Even i'm confused by what i typed earlier. I don't have any context on what i was thinking either, so it's original meaning is lost. I'll go with what you thought, giving you the idea then. *shifty look* And don't let anyone say otherwise! *chuckle* Ah, i can't even type that with a straight face.
