Chapter 8 is live! Bronycon 2017 and story delays.

Welp, the hardest chapter I have written yet, is now live. Again, massive thanks to Mike from Stable Ponies on facebook for editing all of this with me. I could not have gotten as far as I have without his amazing help to keep this thing even remotely readable! This chapter was difficult for me, it touched on a lot of things that I hold dear and made me question a lot of stuff about my relationship with my wife. It was also a very important chapter to set the tone for the rest of the story. For those of you following along, I plan on this being something like a 500k-800k long story that will have an actual end. I have problems with alternate endings, doing things for the sake of appeasing the masses and ending something on the wrong note.

This is why I love Breaking Bad, Justified and The Divergent Series. All stories with a defiant end to them that made you question everything to the last frame of the last scene. It is also why I love Project Horizons so much. Before you start, I refused to read the epilogue. The final chapter's ending for me was perfect, It was beautiful and it made this 30 year old bawl on the floor for hours over everything that happened. It also taught me a lesson in writing anything FoE. Everything has a price. For a life to be saved, something must be sacrificed to settle the debt.

Anyway, enough of my stupid ramblings! I'M GOING TO BRONYCON! (again...) I will be heading to Baltimare, once again this year, but this time I will be on a mission of good! I have procured a fresh copy of the third printing of Fallout: Equestria and somehow have managed to beg Somber into signing it. I tried for Kkat, but due to the mailing services sucking on a monumental level, I feel as though that dream will be lost forever... Sadness...

I will be donating the book to the Bronycon Annual Charity Auction for anyone who so wishes to bid on it. Following with Kkats wishes for no profit to be made off her work, I asked humbly if she would agree to such things, and was given her blessing! So for any of you who are going, feel free to stop by and check it out! My only wish is for something good to come from all of her hard work, so this avenue was pursued.

Almost forgot. While I will be working on the story off and on from time to time this month, It will be getting delayed due to bronycon. Yes, I know it is only one weekend, but due to the fact that I am the admin of a local brony group, and that I do the planning for the trip along side 3 other amazing admins, this means I have little time to devote to the cause.

I have to create designs for the shirts, manage the finances for the trip, collect money, book the rooms, set up rental vans, manage 30 some odd hoomans, micro manage my drivers team, pick up the shirts and find some time to work and be with my family. therefore the next chapter will be coming out late yet again. But it is coming.
