I was very pleased to learn from fellow author The Abyss that knighty has taken a very heavily-suggested feature from awhile back and implemented it into the site a couple weeks ago; paid sponsorship for the site via Patreon.
I swore to myself long ago that I would never become a creator on Patreon for my fanfiction, nor would I financially support any other author who had one. I believe any fan content should be made from pure inspiration from the heart, and never for monetary gain, no matter what one's financial situation may be.
But supporting ongoing development of the site itself, now that I can proudly do. I have been a mostly-happy member of this site for five and a half years, and this has been one of my most frequent online stops in that time.
So I have joined 25 others so far on the Gold Sponsorship level; I'll stop eating out once a month for that. Plus knowing a chunk of my change will be going towards this site now, I've got more motivation to bring you folks more content.
Now for Celestia's sake, knighty, give us the Preview Blog button back. Sheesh.
