Serious writing, that is. I never really talk about my writing process, but it's basically been wrecked recently.
Typically, I'll start off by outlining my idea, and then I get to writing the scenes I really need to. You know, all the important stuff. After I'm done with that, I flesh it all out and add some chocolaty fluff to hold it all together. Typically, whenever I am writing all of that filler and exposition, I listen to music to keep me going.
My main choice was and always had been the album Superunknown. It's probably my favorite album of the 90's, and definitely the one that speaks to me the most as a person. I wouldn't be who I am without that album. But with the death of Chris Cornell, the music that had always been my inspiration now just elicits feelings of sadness and despair. Nothing else really works right now, though I have been trying to find a good substitute.
So yeah, if you have at all wondered why my writing has been slow since I announced the revival of Roseluck's Realization... there you go. I'm sorry, and I hope to have something for you guys shortly.

Last time I needed to get serious writing done I threw on a few Hollywood Undead Albums from YouTube, or I just put on my headphones and the sound canceling noise seems to do the trick.
