Out in the Cold on Hiatus

Hey everypony,

Some of you may have noticed that I have changed the status of Out in the Cold to "On Hiatus," and I wanted to explain why. The biggest reason is that I'm stuck and have no idea where I'm taking the story. Originally I had pretty big plans for it, but upon further reflection, I realized that I really didn't like what I had come up with. Truth be told, I really didn't plan the story out fully enough, and I started writing it with half-baked plans. So, I'm taking a break from the story until either I can come up with something better for it or I end up cancelling it all together. I'll upload the edited versions of all the chapters that have been edited so far, but that's going to be the last update to the story for an indeterminate amount of time. If any of you have any ideas as to where the story could go, go ahead and leave them in the comments. If I can't figure anything out, I may end up simply handing the story off to another author if anypony would be interested in continuing it.

In the meantime, I'm going to try and work on other, smaller projects and get a better feel for my own style. I'm kind of wanting to try my hoof at tragedy sometime soon, so maybe you guys can expect a sad story in the future. I don't know how often I'll be adding anything new to my channel, but I do intend on staying active, for the most part.
