So, I know I've been silent for a while and there's a good reason for that. A few months ago, I was fired from my job and had my car die on me, on the same night. It was not a pleasant evening. Since the beginning of March, I've been hunting for a new job. Alas, after sending out over 300 application, interviews, and follow-ups, I still remain unemployed. This did nothing to help with my depression as I tried to withdraw from the world and battled with thoughts of suicide. At this point, I've got no savings left, maxed out credit cards, and next to no money in the bank.
There is some good news though. I will be moving out west to be closer to my family. On Tuesday. With this move, I am looking for some help. I've set up a GoFundMe to help me survive, but now that I'm moving, I'm focusing on that. If you have a couple of bucks to spare to help a Neon try and get to a better place in life, feel free to donate to my GoFundMe campaign.
