If FiMFiction user FamousLastWords hasn't already commented on his best pony playing his best genre, then trust me...he will. 
This actually wasn't my best episode of the season (Parental Glideance was, and from what some fans say, that opinion might change in the next half hour when I watch A Royal Problem), but I do have some notable remarks on it. Think of this not so much as a review as a series of random thoughts.
* Two best supporting ponies namedropped in the same episode? Boy, Hasbro, do you know how to please me!
* Seriously, there needs to be an investigation on why Rara is calling herself "Countess" again. Not that I doubt she would, but this is still a fascinating mystery and I need answers. Whole episode long answers.
* Aaaannnd...Coco did not design that dress. Please, that whole pretentious "using everyday objects as fashion?" My IGYALL headcanon is that Mosely gave her that idea when they were dating and she wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible. An ensemble like that is truly evil...which is why it was clearly his idea.
* Lily Lace sounds like Suri in disguise, replacing all her uses of "mmkay" with "literally." Someone needs to make a video where she gets tied up like in the episode, only it's a Scooby Doo-esque scene where Applejack pulls off her mask. 
* Seriously, the mask pulling was the only thing that wasn't there for a Scooby Doo scene.
* There's finally a strawberry pony, and that makes me happy. I saw a fro-yo place a couple weeks ago called Sassy Strawberry, and now I want to give a pony OC that name.
* Applejack quoting Inigo Montoya is life.
* I need the spiderweb hoodie dress. I would save all my Hot Cash for Inky Rose's spiderweb hoodie dress. I don't even consider myself goth, and it's my aesthetic. 
Why yes, my infatuation with Rarity only grew after that scene.
*Clears throat* METAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL!!!!!!!!!
