    First Update

    Hey everyone!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has taken the time read through the first few chapters of Taming Equestria that I published over the last few days. The amount of feedback has been far beyond anything I would have expected, and it is both exciting and terrifying to know that so many people are reading my story.

I am currently on a short vacation so I have more time to write that I would normally have. Because of this, I hope to have Chapter 3 posted by tonight or tomorrow depending on how revising progresses. I'm trying the best that I can to brainstorm unique ideas to differentiate my story and hope to implement some of my ideas soon.

Again, a huge thank you to everyone who provided me with feedback and recommendations on the story. I hope that I can deliver a story that you all can enjoy.

Knowing that you are working to improve is great! I have read so many stories that have suggestions on ways to make the character less of a Mary Sue/fix grammar/change plot direction and so many others but there is no change and the story feels like it is on rails. I don't mind something starting out rough as long as I see improvement. It is a pain to go back and fix everything in previous chapters.

To be honest I've never really interacted much with this community, but over the course of just a few days I've learned just how helpful and supportive most of the people are in this community. It's great to know that I have people to support me so that I can improve on my craft.

Thanks for the help!
