Some New Art to Celebrate · 4:11pm May 21st, 2017

Hey All,

Well, now that I've graduated and had my celebratory party (damn, was it a shindig), I'm taking some time to just chill before I really jump into the job search. I am expanding my network, so it's not ALL chill, but mostly.

Anyway, no new art for DaD (this time), but instead for one of my Through Crimson Eyes trio. For anyone that hasn't read the story, there's a small spoiler in the picture (and a tiny one after the break), but it's otherwise just fun to look at.

So for those of you that have read TCE, you know there is artwork of my OC ship, Crimson Star and Tesla Coil, included later on in the story after they've grown up a bit. I felt like it was a bit unfair that my third primary OC, Starry Knight, didn't get his turn to be aged up, so I called on Neko-me to remedy that.

I think he looks pretty good. His coat is a little lighter than I originally pictured, but I can totally see it fading as he aged, even if it's only by a decade or so.

And for those of you who haven't read TCE, in case it went through your mind, no, Starry isn't gay (quite the opposite, actually)—the rainbow background is a reflection of the smear in his cutie mark.

Neko actually made another picture for me for WAAAAAAAAY later in DaD, so you can expect that when I finally get there, and it's incentive for me to make sure I continue the story, so despite my attempts to make it clear (multiple times) that I won't let that story go unfinished, if it hasn't already been drilled into your head, I WILL make it there eventually.
