Greetings Gotham, Joker here! Well, I've felt the itch to resume work on You Can't Lock Up The Darkness come upon me, so I've decided to resume work on You Can't Lock Up The Darkness! Now, let me tell you what I've got planned for the fourth chapter. The villain is going to be Tony Woodward aka Girder, who, in addition to having worked at a steel mill where he got his powers, also moonlights as a low-level enforcer for Prick Blueblood, who also happens to be a crime lord in this universe. When Blueblood finds out about Tony being a metahuman, he promotes him to his personal bodyguard, and tasks him with beating Hunter Zolomon within an inch of his life for daring to refuse his offer. I also plan on getting the wheels to turn on the whole Zoom X Lightning Dust thing. Speaking of Lightning Dust, I have great pleasure in announcing that it is she who becomes Savitar. See, in this universe, Savitar is more of a parasite who takes over anyone who touches the Philosopher's Stone, although it's usually a gradual takeover. For those of you who've seen Batman Beyond: Return of The Joker, it's a lot like how Joker takes over Tim Drake's body.
As for chapter 5... I think you'll enjoy who I have planned for the villain.
I think I might need to call upon VampDash for that battle, in order to capture its true awesomeness.
