Something is bothering me about the EQG Holiday Special (big surprise, huh?). In the special, one of the girls, can't remember which one, says that she hasn't seen this many arguments since before Twilight Sparkle showed up.

Except...

We didn't see any arguments happening before Twilight got the school together. If anything, the only actual arguments we saw were among the Five themselves. Everyone else was sticking to their own clique and doing their own thing. Not one person was arguing or yelling at someone else, apart from the Five and Sunset Shimmer herself.

I get that this is the writers of the comic trying to amp up the fact that it's Sunset Shimmer, but it just feels so out of place when looking back on the movie proper.
