Miss Koi Reviews A Flurry of Emotions

Season 7 continues it's opening into the new set of episodes by carrying on with its slice of life episodes :)

And what better way to carry on with the slice of life show then with some family slice of life :D I don't know why, but when this show does family slice of life, they always end up as some of my favorite episodes:) Flutter Brutter being a good example of that:3

While this episode on the other hoof will not end up as one of my all time favorite, but it does on that MLP family goodness that I like and I can't help but enjoy it as it hits my soft spot. Overall, I give the episode eight hearts out of 10 <3

And there's something about that Auntie Twilight and Baby Flurry interactions that just makes my heart go "Dawww!:3" And let me tell you, they were in full supply in this episode <3

I love how patient Twilight is with Flurry Heart, despite her schedule for her day not going according to her actual plans on her check list and for her sudden plans to spend the day with Flurry :3 It shows how much she has grown in the series, the love she has for her little niece, and just the overall understanding and loving and flexible and determined characteristics inherited in Twilight's character:) Truly, spelling out why we keep coming back to her character:) She reminds me a lot myself actually if I were to be a godmother or aunt someday:) Plus, I like to act as a fun but loving big sister to all my cousins, especially my younger cousins cause I never have siblings of my own <3 So, I understand this whole natural patient reaction that Twilight has to Flurry when Flurry makes mistakes because you know that they're younger and well they don't know any better and they make mistakes. But you still love them despite all the little mistakes they make;) <3

I also like how our little McFlurry was portrayed in this episode :3

(Idea: McDonalds should do a My Little Pony McFlurry to prompt the new MLP movie in Oct.:D! Oh my gosh, I would totally eat that I swear!XD)
Our little Flurry is starting to slowly show a bit of personality, and infinite love for her auntie Twilight:3 What I like the most about Flurry in this episode is that whenever she did make her mistakes during Twilight's busy schedule, they weren't over the top and cartoony. They were pretty reasonably mistakes that little kiddies would do in that situation...that is...if the little kiddies were powerful alicorns like FlurryXD Plus, her powers weren't too over powered and crazy and she got to have a cute and fun moments with the Baby Cake twins:D

Haha lol I just love love how Spike was playing the role of responsible parent to Twilight being the fun parent XD I mean, Twilight as the fun parent is quite a concept!XD

Another great highlight of the episode was our funny new parents of the year Shining Armor and Cadence trying to enjoy a hipster royal guard's art show without missing their little McFlurry XD

Next up on Miss Koi Reviews...oh boy, you guys can tell that this will be a favorite of mine, huh?;)

Oh my gosh, I just love those rock graduation caps XD Priceless!XD By the way, I love this whole airing a promo sneak peek of the episodes right after new episodes air thing:D It's a great way of getting the fans hyped for the next episode without giving too much away:)
