Curse is not in PTH, he is a Shadowbolt i came up with after playing the newest Final Fantasy game. He is based on the villain, Ardyn:

I would have LOVED to use him, but he was not in the story plan so im not going to shoehorn him into it. Besides, his personality is more or less a more controlled, less insane version of Ruin. So there wouldn't be character variety.
