Hey, Everyone!
First off, to you newcomers, welcome! To those of you who read and favorited Hitting the Big Time, thank you! As I mentioned in the A/N, it was an idea that came to mind after reading the comments from Minds Eye's final story in his Integration trilogy, and I knew I had to get it down before I forgot, hence the quick turnaround and publication (thanks again to Jackelope for the quick response and editing!).
Quick tangent—for those of you waiting on A Daughter and her Dragon, don't worry, I'm still working on it. My regular editor is kind of unavailable at the moment, though (unless he tells me otherwise), so it might be a little while before the next installment of chapters is released. Not that I don't trust you, Jackelope, but I'd like to keep the editing style for the story consistent, and I also don't know what kind of schedule we could keep.
Anyway, I'm happy to see HTBT getting the response it did. I'm hoping that more writers will join me in expanding upon Minds Eye's universe. It's a great concept, and there's so much that can be done with it! For those of you that haven't read the original trilogy, you really should, especially if you read my story first. Not only is it great background info, but the stories themselves are great. After you do, think about whether or not you'd like to join in the fun. There's an unlimited amount of ideas that you could use, whether they be from the stories' canon characters or characters you want to create on your own like I did.
Speaking of what I did, I'd love to know: for those of you who read HTBT, how many of you caught the nod I made in the last line?
