I found a video which talks about the upcoming toy line for The My Little Pony Movie and even gives a teaser for one of the songs in the movie!

That's plain childish of them and I'm not bashing the movie. I'm just saying that I'm not interested in the movie at all. That's because of the writing decisions in season 6 and quit watching the show.
4486497 I personally loved season six. It was a lot better than season five and was as entertaining as seasons four or three. I'm really looking forward to season seven as well.
The movie is going to start opening up a lot of possibilities for season eight as it introduces anthropomorphic animals, sea ponies, and other unique creatures. So I am looking forward to watching it as well. :)
