Well I can't say I've seen a human X Maud one before, but I know plenty of human X Pinkie Pie stories.
I could recommend a few, but it depends on what you're looking for.

Another story I really love, My Little Compilation, has a cute chapter about Pinkie, but the human isn't in it until the end. It still makes me smile every time I read it, though.
