I dedicate this essay to Mykan, the guy who wrote: *cough* Friendship is Failure #4: Love Doesn't Work That Way
This guy is the same person who wrote, twenty-six chapters of six seasons of anti-MLP fan fictions, then post heaps of blogs containing "disturbing justifications" in an MLP fan-work site, while blocking criticism of his works. Talk about extreme dedication to something you hate...
Which inspired me to write this, instead of getting flustered over it. Rather than writing stale MST's none would read about, I've decided to do something productive to increase my knowledge; this is what Tai Lopez would promote in the end of his vids.
Note:
I cannot draw from imagination, I'm still working on that skill, so if the images I used are familiar I just lifted it up from Google, and mimicked it with the help of Illustrator's calligraphic brushes, width tool and Photoshop effects. I'm still an amateur graphic designer.
Despite that limitation, it took me two days to draw each page, at full energy during my free time. The MLP page took me about four days to finish. I still had to search for references and arrange them in Photoshop, then export it in Illustrator for outlining. As for the article, it took me a good full week to write and edit it. It was mostly due to the fact that Emerson and Bacon's works are too purple for me to understand, I had to read other people's essay for me to arrive at a proper conclusion. Conceptualizing the title page alone took me a day, and layouting took me another three days to get it done right.
Anyway, this is good practice. Tell me if the layout is done right, is it easy to read? Check it out in DeviantArt for a better quality
Now that I think about it, I should have used Phoenix Wright, than Pokemon at the second to the last slide. It seems to fit much better, but I've already drawn the outlines. Oh well, maybe next time.
