Well, at least the end of A Scratch On Shining Armor.
That's right, I'm finishing it. Just got done writing the penultimate chapter and I am now starting on the final chapter.
It's been a ride that has spanned years and feelings and chapters in my own life. I want to thank each and every one of you who took time out of your own lives to give my story a chance, whether you liked it or not. This story would be nothing without the people who gave me their thoughts, who let me know that my story was being enjoyed and they wanted more.
With that, I will leave you with the quote that will begin our final chapter:

This is one of the rare stories that actually makes me FEEL things. Like, I have felt actual emotions about the fates of fictional talking ponies; that is a sign of a rare gift of authorship that I am glad you have shared with all of us who have read your work. Regardless of how it ends and how I feel about it, I want you to know that I truly think this is one of the best stories I've read as part of this fandom.
(Still hoping for a happy Scratch/Shining end, though . . . )

I think the AU tag is left off because question of whether or not this can converge with the show timeline is deliberately ambiguous, at least at the beginning.
A story I'm writing at the moment will not be tagged with one of its biggest characters, because it would be a spoiler.
