So I just started listening to Motörhead for the first time... · 8:34am Feb 15th, 2017
I got to admit, my first encounters with band's music before this point never really struck me as spectacular. With the exception of Ace of Spades, I never listened to them that much, and I'll admit, I even thought they were overrated.
Recently though I've been exploring their discography a bit more, and found a few songs, and even albums, that I liked. Still I wasn't quite convinced to rank them as one of my personal favorites.
Then I got to the Bastards album, and heard this.
...I was expecting to have a few reactions while listening to Motörhead. Crying like a bitch wasn't one of them.
Heathen. :P but yeah, I fully understand not getting into a band everyone else loves for a long time. It took me until I was about 28 before I finally gave Megadeth a serious look.
