There may be an explanation to why my account had been banned, and that is because someone had hacked into it.
Riot may have detected this, and banned the account, allowing me to contact them to verify that I am the real owner of the account. They probably banned the account permanently to discourage whoever may have broken into my account. When I sent in the support ticket, the "Redacted" information was done in order to maintain security, so only employees of Riot could see the information in my ticket.
There may be a chance of me getting my account back after all. I pray to god that will be the case.
