Wow. My first featured story. To make things better, it didn't stay on there for a few minutes, or even a few hours. No, it stayed on there for four days! Words cannot explain my gratitude to you guys for making it my (by far) most successful story to date. It was originally intended as a bling for my own amusement, and I really only published out of pure curiosity of its reception.
That's all done now, though, so I won't bore you by talking more on it. What you guys really want (and understandably so) is this:
Yeah, I know. If my experiences as a reader told me anything it's that I hate waiting for updates. Now that I'm the author of a story that people want to read, it's a little daunting to be honest. I just want you guys to know that an update is coming and I'm working on it right now. Because of how unexpected this feature is, I'm currently sorting things out plot wise with my editors and proofreaders. School has also been somewhat of a pain in the back, but I'll find a balance between that and writing fanfiction.
On another note, I understand that chapter 1 is littered with grammatical and spelling errors. My editors are working through that diligently and hopefully I will be able to publish a proofread version soon. Until then, you need to deal with all that, so I apologize. I assure you, however, that future chapters would be of a much better quality.
Lastly, I want to make a mention on my five new, amazing editors: Garzeel_, MysteryAlabaster, NotanImportantPony, Flicka Ravenhide, and Destella Morningdew. Seriously, they are awesome and went to work on the first day. They are pretty spectacular, and they all have pretty snazzy stories themselves. Go check them out if you have some free time.

Ack, yeah, really sorry about that. School and whatnot have been a pain in the arse. However, I'm really close to pushing the second chapter out - in fact, it's being proofread by my editors as we speak. Hopefully it won't take too long.
I'll use the figurative whip if I have to
