How would you feel if I made a sequel? · 3:21pm Jan 20th, 2017
For You're My Mommy No Matter What.
I've been considering it for some time, and thought that I could extend the relationship between Twilight and Spike.
Is it something you would like, or is this something that should be left alone?
I'd be up for a sequel. It's a sweet premise and very worth exploring further!
Tricky question.
It's your most popular story, so an obvious candidate for a sequel. However, sequels are almost never a popular as the originals. (When you think about it, this makes sense. The only people who will read a sequel are those who read the original, so you're aiming the story at a very limited audience.)
From an authoring point of view, it mostly depends on how much more you have to say about the characters. If you're just rehashing the same ideas, then there's little point in doing it. If you want to introduce new themes, or explore things in more depth, maybe throw your characters into a new situation, then a sequel has a lot of value.
Ultimately it's up to you, of course. But if you do write it, I can guarantee you have at least one reader.
DO IT!!!!!!!!!!
I believe it would be a nice idea. I loved the first one so the squeal should be a 100X better
To be honest, I think it should be left alone, as honestly, the story said all it needed to with just that one chapter.
The first one was very good, I wouldn't mind a sequel.
