Now I'm sure there is some metal heads like me out on this site.
Who really enjoyed the new album by Metallica? Hard-wired.... to self destruct.
I probably rated it about 8.9 out of 10. It was that good.
For me all the songs were equally very good, no matter how long or short they were.
The several songs I really enjoyed the most are (from favourite downwards)
1.Spit out the Bone- Fast, thrash and just plain amazing. The switch in the solos and the power in the drums is just off the charts.
2.Moth into Flame- Great riffs, and great lyrics.
3.Halo on Fire- Do I really need to say?
4. Here comes revenge/Now that we are dead (too hard to pick between which is better)- Here comes revenge is unique among most of the songs on the album, Now that we are dead has basic riffs and drums but sound incredibly and you can't stop but move around to the sound.
Eh. Rock ain't really my thing.

Haven't given it a try yet, but I'll see if they can too Megadeth's Dystopia earlier that year, which was GLORIOUS.

4386937 Moth into Flame and Slim pickens does the right thing are one of my favourite songs but i couldn't find any songs like'em
Am I Savage? is my favorite from htsd. i think we all know why that is.
