Assassinverse: Inferno: The Master Plan · 11:02pm Jan 17th, 2017
Greetings Gotham, Joker here! Well, Assassinverse: Inferno seems to be doing pretty well for itself right now. But, I KNOW that there's more that can be done for it, so I thought I'd drop in to talk about some of the edits I've made to it.
First off, as I'm sure you've noticed, I've decided to turn the Spike X Rainbow Dash shipping into a love triangle between Spike, Rainbow, and his old flame, Rarity. Don't worry, though, Spike ends up with Rainbow Dash anyways and the two have a daughter together named Twilight... as well as MAJESTY BLUEBLOOD. But, the reason I wanted to add this in is to show how much Spike's changed. Rarity finally starts to devlope feelings for Spike, so he has a chance to be with what he thought was the girl of his dreams, except Twilight's dead and generating more hatred than ever, so Spike, while he may feel some... lingering... remenants of his old crush, doesn't really see Rarity as anything more than a friend. Rarity eventually becomes something akin to Alfred for Spike.
Secondly, there's Shining Armor in the mix now. I was thinking he could be one part Comissioner Gordon and one part Digs from the Arrow TV show. So, at first he supports Inferno's efforts against the Traditionalists (although many Traditionalists think he should be foucusing all his efforts on taking him down) then when he finds out who's behind the mask, while he's REALLY angry with Spike, calling him a murderer and so forth, he eventually comes to support and help him and his allies.
Third, I think I might throw a bit of the Arrow TV show into the mix as well. Maybe I'll have Inferno tells his enemies that they failed Equestria or something similar (ideas welcome!) but, after the first story is finished and Amaduchebag Blueblood Sr. is killed, Spike actually retires from being Inferno and settles into a quiet life in the Mareribbean with Rainbow, Majesty, and eventually Twilight, but things quickly go to hell in a handbasket, so Shining Armor and the gang try to convince Spike to don the mask of Inferno once more.
