'Ello guys. Smaug here. So, as of late, I've been working for a group called Reviewer's Cafe. And the staff sorta made me the guy in charge of getting new reviewers introduced. Anyway, we're looking for some new blood to help us review. If anyone's got any interest in joining the group's team as a reviewer, feel free to PM me. We're always looking for more reviewers, and we'd be happy to have any of you.

4381721 We actually have multiple safeguards set up to prevent instances like this, and therefore have been fairly good at handling instances such as this.

4381735 Both. Our goal is to a) create a thing of good stories that users submit, and b) to provide feedback to authors on the side. Think of us like Twilight's Library, if you were around for that- we let the really good stories in, and we also provide feedback to authors if they didn't make it in.
