4371698 Let's talk perspective for a moment. From the looks of it, Pinkie's hoof is about the size of that guy's hand. That means that a pony would be roughly the size of an actual pony - meaning the size difference is far less of a problem than it seems, especially considering minotaurs (which are human-like in proportion) can manage in Equestria.

And the air? Now you're grasping at straws. Assuming ponies breathe oxygen and not sulfuric acid (a reasonable assumption), the air is actually going to be cleaner in Equestria on account of, you know, no cars, giant smoke-spewing factories or hunks of metal being sent into space with explosives.

What I would do. Take her hoof and either get pulled into a hug by Pinkie Pie or dragged into Equestria and still get hugged by Pinkie Pie with chance of being able to hug the rest of the mane six. Either way is a win just the latter is a bigger win.
