Okay, with the year 2016 over I practically ran out of excuses to not work. I already paid my debts for my family's memory, which I'll never forget, and tomorrow they give me my last qualification to close the semester in university. Granted, tomorrow I also start the intermediate practice, but it's only checking old newspapers, so not as draining as doing full reportage and how I invest the time of it is left to my own criteria.
That means I can get back to writing properly.
So, let's do a little rundown on the projects for this year that I want to happen. Please cross all the fingers available for something stupid to not happen in the near future.
Actually, I'm Dead: The End
I'm pretty sure that some of my readers may get tired of putting up with how long takes me to get over updating this story. Truth is that the continuous fuckery going on in my life (personally and professionally) constantly kept me from even thinking too much about it. The fact that we managed to pull the Halloween Update off was a surprise, to be honest, and a Crowning Moment of Awesome for Nightwalker and me.
However, now the last part of the last chapter awaits and we're roughly a 50% through it. I can't really tell how much we have advanced, and I really don't want to promise anything. There are some last bits of character development, world building and enough shocks to call it a Shocker and have Kamen Rider try to fight it.
I only ask for patience here, as I'm working night and night for it. As said, most of the chapter is done and the other half is already sketched, so the only part left is the manual work. Of course, closing a fic as big s this one will take a lot of space. I don't know if it will break the 10,994 words record from the previous chapter, but I can assure you guys that it will have content in it. Heart and soul jumping high in the air and falling like a kick to write the proper ending for this, one of my greatest work so far.
Kamen Pony Amazons
Okay, it may surprise you guys, as I've been very quiet about it, but I recently got caught in the Kamen Rider fandom. No, not as badly as back with the FiM or DC ones, but damn if I don't enjoy it. I just finished watching Kamen Rider Amazons and I'm in the process of totally legally acquiring Kamen Rider Fourze. And before anyone asks, yes, I'm currently looking for a belt buckle that looks like a Henshin Driver.
So, where does that leaves us? Of course in the part where I'm writing a fic about it.
The plot is a retool of Amazons, as it's the only series I've watched full (so far), with some myth additions, like including Shocker as the main villain. It starts with Trixie being stalked by a spider monster. She runs away from it in direction to Ponyville but the monster catches up to her. A mysterious mare appears in the night, wearing a strange belt, and that's as far as I should go to not spoil myself. The idea, as I said, is to adapt the plot of Amazons, with two Riders, but with enough retools to make it its own story (hence why the inclusion of Shocker and some other surprises).
The part where I need help is...
So, as I said, I need some help here. I won't say which one is for which, in order to keep some profesional discretion, but here re the things that I need right now:
A Kamen Rider fan willing to read the full pitch under the promise of secrecy for consult.
A non-Kamen Rider fan willing to read the full pitch under the promise of secrecy for reaction testing.

Hey yo, Kamen Rider fan here. Assuming you only want opinions and not full scale editing, I could set aside the time to assist. I haven't actually gotten around to Amazons specifically, but I've binged Fourze, Wizard, Double, Den-O and of course Decade, so I'm quite familiar with the tropes.

Yeah, I was on the same side. Only thing I really knew for certain about Kamen Rider was that Segata Sanshiro played the original. It's just that, somehow, I got hocked up on the general concept.
While the only Rider series I remotely know is Ryuki (and its English adaption Dragon Knight) and a little bit of Decade, I am interested in helping if you still need it?
