This is it. It is officially the New Year. 2016 was nowhere near in my top favorites, but it was not the worst year either. It was the year I joined FIMfiction, got the puppy who continues to make me smile with every day, and made so many wonderful friends here, who if and when I leave this site, I will never forget. But it was also the year that a lot of...bad things happened. I don't wish to go into detail.
But I think it'll be okay. I think in the end, the good things outweigh the bad. It doesn't stop them from hurting, but it sure helps.
As for my New Years Resolution, I really only have one; start taking my future more seriously. In the recent month, I realized that I've never really thought about that sort of thing before. In 2017, I plan to start working towards a life goal, and do my best to achieve that.
Other than that, I think I'd just like to see some more cool stuff from my fav shows and fandoms.
But what about you guys? What resolutions do you have for this new year? What hopes and wishes?

Fireworks are always nice
Well, mostly just have a movie day and stuff ourselves
Oh, and we have black eyed peas. Down here it's a tradition to eat black eyed peas on New Years day for good luck in the year. We didn't get to have them last year.
