Is Anyone Else Pretty Ticked How Season 3 Episode 13 Ruined a LOT of Our Fics?

I mean, if your story is the distant future Twilight or something, and she's the normal Twilight in the show... I mean, it wouldn't make any sense if that fic was published AFTER the show, right? Because of the new Princess Twilight changes her life. And now I can't finish Diamond Princess!! Thanks a LOT, Hasbro. For ruining my fanfictions.
