It's been a while since I got a real chuckle out of a present:
Well, I designed that tea myself, but now it's got a proper mug.
That out of the way: Next chapter for Northland, called 'Drywall Hill - Chip Out' (which is a highly intelligent play on a golf expression) is progressing. I'm not going to jinx it by speculating on a release date though. It's been slowed down a little by my revising/rewriting of the prologue and chapter 1&2. Nothing in the plot has changed, but the writing is up to my present standard now. Especially 'Dear Mother' was almost painful to re-read. A thousand thanks to Doppler Effect and Fistfire for putting up with that crap.
As most may have seen, Tyra B got some wicked cover art. I've also had a second chapter for that story floating around my mind for a while now. You never know.
Last but not least, go and give Sin Never Dies a chance, a LPoE story written by TheMixtapeHorse. I've proofread chapter 1&2 and begun to do some real editing since chapter three. It's fun and has some stuff in it that's quite original for LPoE... and his style is, well, endearing? I guess that's the word. 
There's some good humour there and interesting characters.
Last but not least: back in real life, I've found somebody to share an actual, flesh and blood horse with. Finally, after more than a decade, some horseback riding again! And mucky wellies. 
Now how I am suddenly managing to parallel process all this? I have no idea. Just hope it lasts. :)

Thank you! And, well, I hope it's worth the effort. Me and Doppler both think that there's a chapter missing between number one and two... probably a small 2000 word thing. Nothing plot-changing, but a better setup for the rest. Because improving this story is fun ;)
But that's not for now. Now it's next chapter.

And yes, the artist has a knack for that kind of uplifting images. He's really good a gritty tech-backgrounds, something you don't find all that often in pony art.
