Well, I would say 'Congratulations', but I get the feeling that you don't really feel like you have earned. And maybe that is true. Except it isn't. Whether or not you deserve a following of this size based on the quality of the work you have produced is a subjective question that can really only be answered by you. What I can say with certainty is that you have more than earned my presence here simply by being an intelligent, stable (read 'not Device Heretic'), genuinely decent person who has put out at least three Fics that are worth reading (only because I don't read clop).

But that is just my opinion.
And, since I am always right, you should listen.

What I was trying to say was that the only person here who can convince you that you deserve your following is you and nothing I say is going to change that. When you have decided that you have earned your following is when I will congratulate you on it.

I've never understood why followers would discontinue such for a trifle of inactivity - I keep every blessed one my favorite authors in my list where they belong, regardless of whether they post every week or not. Why would anyone risk missing out on a new submission just because there's been a bout of inactivity? Jeez, people have lives - authors have to work, eat, sleep... gosh, how unforgivable!

Personally, I keep my following list greedily stuffed chock full of the best writers as a testament to discerning taste. I mean, when you find someone whose artistry has moved you, why would that change just because you haven't seen anything new in a while?

I'll happily keep TAW where she belongs as a deserved member of my discreet favorites catalog, and enjoy whatever comes of her work in the future.

I just came to this thingy called a comment box and wondered to myself. What the hell is going on?

Probably going to think I'm nuts, but here's how I recently got some kick ass inspiration for a story I'm writing. I fell asleep, and used a lucid dream app I had. Obviously, I had a lucid dream. In this dream I was a random brony on fimfiction, reading stories put on my actual account. Awesome stories. Stories I thought had been stolen from me. Then I realized what was happening, and immediately searched of fimfiction for those stories. They dont exist. I wrote fics in my subconscious to support a dream. A little unorthodox, but damn was it fun.
