Roughly A Week Left · 2:19am Dec 24th, 2016
I have decided that I would start the new year off with a clean slate. I want to take another step forward in my life, and while I had a good run my two years on fimfic, I think January 1st will be my first day gone. That being said, December 31st I will say my final goodbyes.
As I have stated before, they aren't goodbyes for good. I'll come back sometimes, maybe once a month. But I won't say much, I'll just check in on everything and everyone.
I don't know if my story will be done in time to release. As for the rest of my stories, if anyone wants to take one that is in my "in the making" section on my page, comment below the title. Whoever comments first will get it (I don't know if I will actually give my stories away, though. This is only incomplete stories that I haven't wrote/finished yet). Property or Properly is the one I was writing and I want to finish it.
I am grateful for the site. Fimfic gave me wonderful friends, a way to grow in my art and writing and online etiquette, it gave me my soulmate and it was an outlet to many people. But I know what I must do now. If you want to stay in touch, follow me on DeviantArt or subscribe to me on YouTube (links on my page). Within this week I will post my last art blog, my last video blog, my last writing blog... then my *last* blog.

Indeed, I know you have clarified that this isn't forever, yet forgive me if I say I still feel a twinge of sadness and regret. And, would it be weird to say I'm feeling nostalgic? I mean, hell, you were one of the first people I interacted with on here. But I can tell that this step is for the right direction.

What about your fics here? Will you be considerate and respectful to your fans and followers and leave them up for them, so they can still read them in the future? Or will you just take all of them down with you?
I know, that kind of attitude is rare here on FIMFiction, unlike on other sites (*cough* Deviantart *cough*), but I'm asking to be safe, so that I, if the worst case should happen, can download all of them ahead of time.

The synopsis I had in mind was that Scootaloo is having a bad day and feels unmotivated and Dash cheers her up (with symbolism with the weather, hence the title). A sweet, one-shot slice of life story. But it can go in any direction since you're writing it.

Well, since you've already worked on it and the initial idea came from you (and also a bit because there's a lot of writing I have to take care of and I'm not sure if I have the creative energy to think up stuff for a story I took over right now), I want to stick to your ideas as close as possible, to preserve the original vision behind it.
If you have any notes, scribbles, outlines, first drafts, whatever; please send them my way, so that I can properly finish the story.

4361664 Alright :) That was pretty much all of it; I actually wrote a story my freshman year in high school for a contest with the same premise and I was one of the winners, so I think that if you keep the same idea it has a pretty good shot. ^^

It was pretty vague from there on out, it was inspired by another story I wrote in school but even if I tried to summarize that one it's basically an older sibling comforts the younger one. I'm sorry I don't have much for you to go off of, that's mostly the reason why this (and others) weren't written.
