I'll probably forget to do this if I leave it until tomorrow, but a couple of things to say. First, I have a new story up. This is not remotely seasonal and is [AU] in any case. More than Alive is a little one-shot consisting of Rainbow Dash's thoughts on her sporting friends (mostly) and rivals (sometimes) during a single afternoon as a very particular type of racing driver. It's both E-rated and short, two things that a lot more stories should be. 
Second, as the title suggests, I'm also here to wish everyone who reads this a very Merry Christmas!* It's amazing to think that this will be my fifth Hearth's Warming since joining Fimfiction (and indeed the fandom) back in spring 2012, and even more amazing to think that I still have plenty of ideas left for ponyfics. I'll be taking a short break for Christmas and the New Year, though I may check in occasionally. 2017 should bring at least one more fic before Season Seven begins.

This is my third Christmas since becoming active in the fandom. It always feels special; I remember when the first ever official soundtrack album came out on Christmas Eve one year (at least, that's when I bought and downloaded it).
I'll keep an eye out for Hydras.

Hopefully that's a good comment, though, rather than meaning "everyone needs to read it so they can see how amazingly terrible it is". 
4352397 I don't think anything has quite matched (for me, anyway) the "April Fool's Day gift" when they hit us with the three extra Rainbow Rocks songs/animations, but A Pony Kind of Christmas was certainly well up there.
