Here are the notable deaths for the past week from North America, Japan, and select parts of Europe. As usual, please see Wikipedia for a complete list of notable 2016 deaths.

Note: This blog primarily covers actors, writers, and musicians. With few exceptions, notable sports figures are usually not covered in this blog. Political figures are also not covered unless they are exceptionally noteworthy.

PLEASE do not call me out for failing to include this person or that person in the comments. If I haven't heard of them, I haven't heard of them. If my not having heard of someone you have great respect for upsets you, I'm sorry, but I know who I know and I don't know who I don't know.

November 28:
- Multiple members of the Chapecoense football club's first team and several managers and sports reporters, a charter flight crash.
- Jim Delligatti, 98, American entrepreneur, creator of the Big Mac.
- Keo Woolford, 49, American filmmaker and actor (Hawaii Five-0), complications from a stroke.

November 30:
- Alice Drummond, 88, American actress (Ghostbusters, Awakenings, Doubt), complications from a fall.
- Peng Chang-kuei, 97, Taiwanese chef, inventor of General Tso's Chicken, pneumonia.

December 1:
- Don Calfa, 76, American actor (The Return of the Living Dead, Weekend at Bernie's, Me, Myself and I).

December 2:
- Mark Gray, 64, American country singer and songwriter (Take Me Down, The Closer You Get).

This time Maggie will not miss!

Maggie still regrets not ending Burns's life after all these years. Hopefully she won't miss at point blank.

Also, since this is related in a sense, I've seen a video circulating about how the Simpsons predicted the plane crash that decimated Chapecoense. Considering that the show has predicted Trump's presidency, I wouldn't be surprised.

Looks like we're gonna have to add Mr. Burns to that list

Homer complaining about his boss convinced Maggie that Mr. Burns was responsible for all of the world's ills, including the time distortion that had kept her an infant since the 80's. She's been trying to correct that injustice for nearly as long.

Lisa, still ticked at her candidate losing the Presidential race, is more determined than ever to have Krusty lose his Congressional seat at the next election, even if it means threatening the head of the Springfield Republican Party to do it.

I am with Maggie on this. That is one creepy shirt.

"I shot you once, I'll do it again!"

Lisa: "You deserve what's coming to ya."

Surprise, mothafucka I CHOOSE YOU TO DIE

Mr. Burns' internal thoughts: Oh, not again....
