Searching For Panel · 3:18pm Dec 2nd, 2016
Hey, gang. One of the highlights of BronyCon 2016 for me was (finally, four years post fandom entry!) seeing Tabitha St.G. live and in person. And of those moments, my favorite was watching the cast perform Tabitha's own fanfic live. Like most fanfics, it had its befuddling moments (Dentists don't exist in Equestria? Really, Ms. St.G.?) but it had some just precious Luna and Rarity moments I'd like to see again.
Sadly, it does not appear to be in the mass-dump of con videos that the official BC channel put out a few days ago. The panel was nondescriptly named, so that may be hindering my search efforts, but IIRC it was simply called "The Elements of Harmony" and the only panel with that name on the list is not the one I'm looking for.
Anyone have a lead on this video?
You aren't going to find it, unfortunately. Those panels operate in a sort of null-zone of 'As long as we do not upload this, Hasbro will not be mad with us'. Those events are ones you get to experience, and then all that remains are the memories.
Aw, that sounds so cool. What a cute thing! Makes me wish I lived near any con places.

Thanks for this! I wonder if anyone's tweeted Tabitha for the script at least...
4326129 Yep! I would very much looove to have audio for the few of these I've seen. The dentist one was an especially cute one. But, well, we can blame trademark/intellectual property protection whatnot

Whaaaaaaaaaat
Man...that rots! I loved that panel.
*creakily emerges from my hibernation chamber*
Tabitha St. Germain... wrote a fanfic?
4326096 This is why we need some really good hackers on our side who can empower us with the Ultimate Anti-Hasbro weapon:
"We have the negatives."

Yup. Basically it was a fan episode script that went like this:
Completely irresponsibly, Pinkie is branching into baking cakes with toy surprises inside, without telling people (and thus ruining the surprise). Luna, all set to teach the Mane 6 a class on dream walking, samples a cupcake first and badly cracks a tooth, causing her to look funny and whistle when she speaks. The meat of the episode is Luna valiantly attempting to go ahead with the day's lesson without talking or showing her teeth, for fear of looking foolish.
Eventually her fears of looking foolish begin to corrupt the dream walking lesson; the psychoscape of the dream walk session is invaded by a terrifying rockabilly dentist played by BlackGryph0n (my personal weak link moment for an otherwise fine script) who menaces poor Luna. It's up to Rarity to save the day by admitting that Luna is not alone in feeling socially ashamed, recounting a story where, at a high-society garhering, she accidentally ate one of Celestia's prize bonsai trees that was too near to a buffet (she mistook it for a vegetable offering).

Amazing.

IKR? It was a last minute decision to go to that panel and I'm glad I did. Other features of the script included Luna desperately pretending to be an elephant in the dream world, and a similarly undercover mouse!Celestia.
In the absence of Nicole Oliver (not present at this con) Michelle Creber made an unexpectedly credible Celestia.

I really hope a recording turns up, even some illicit cellphone thing.
