I only post stuff when I feel like it's ready. But I've been working on some nice things! I'm trying to write another novel, actually. I'm 0/3 for novels so far -- A Rock and A Soft Place, which I swear I'll finish at some point, a non-pony thing that I really like but isn't quite working and I can't figure out how to fix, and... this. This novel. This pony novel. With not a lot of sex. More violence than sex, but noble, heroic, state-sponsored violence so it's okay.
It may come to exist one day. If nothing else, I've figured out that a novel needs multiple, parallel sub-plots to keep the pacing going over long stretches of verbiage. I hope this one woks, because I would really like to have a proper finished first novel. It's okay if it's a fanfic novel. Fanfic novels are cool. I would like to write a bunch, and then some original novels.
