D&S soon: Put pitchforks down, disband mobs plz.

Hey, all.

So, here's how it happened, in a nutshell: After I got D&S posted up, I decided to take some time off from it to start writing a different story, Second Thoughts.

My first attempt failed, so I tried again. Second attempt, not much better, so I tried again. I got frustrated with myself and started slacking in writing. Eventually, I started a third time. That started to work, but so, so slowly. The style of Second Thoughts is a very different, much more challenging style for me.

Anyway, I'm creeping along on this new story, when I start getting e-mails and such and I realize: "Oh, SH*T: It's been, like, a month since I did any D&S. This was supposed to take maybe two weeks. People are gonna start drive-bys on my house and cyberstalking me and kidnapping me and etc."

So I switched off of Second Thoughts and took the time to write out Part Six of D&S. While almost finished as of now, it will undergo numerous reviews by me and then review by a trusted editor before it gets posted. The time that'll take will vary, depending on various factors, but looks to be somewhere between six to twelve days.

TL;DR: Second Thoughts on hold again, D&S in 1-2 weeks. Not dead, will continue.

For the future, I do still want to finish Second Thoughts before Season 3 starts, as it is Season 2 based, so while I will continue with that, I've established an alternating writing schedule that should let me work on both rather than trying to switch back and forth. If it gets to close to the wire, I may focus more heavily on Second Thoughts, but that's a ways off.

P.S. Fun Fact: Part six is, finally, titled "The Amazing Ditzy Doo." Every part from part four on was originally expected to be titled "The Amazing Ditzy Doo," but ended up being titled something else.
