Why So Serious? And Terra-Equus 47 Update

Greetings Gotham, Joker here! I've got a little update for you all on Why So Serious? and the Terra-Equus 47 Universe as a whole. First off, please. I beg of you, be patient with me and The Narwhal Assassin. We've both got very busy lives, I have two jobs now, and I have to get stuff for my own place, and Narwhal has school. Now, as for the chapter itself, I plan on having a tidbit set within The Joker's mind, and it'll look very similar to the one from The Batman.

Now, as for Terra-Equus 47, I am pleased to welcome my best friend and frequent co-author, VampDash into the fold. Also, I have some themes for you guys.
