Under the awning of the orange trees' leaves, who dares to leave the poisoned chi,
Because who would know if she disappeared, who would see that golden strand of hair, they hid her well, she couldn't hide, they strapped a piece of vinyl over her eyes, stuffed an apple in her mouth, and the last thing she saw was a rainbow before she died...
It was a rarity to find her body underneath the floorboards as it was found. But it was even more rotted than the old pie in the cupboard, the old leaves from the tree continued to be shy, and hid themselves away, when winter came, they died, along with the apples, and the color, and when the do well sparkled it's last,
The investigation was over...
My question to you guys is this, who killed the pony, and who was the pony who was killed?
Answers: Rainbow Dash and Applejack died by winter. But after they killed Spitfire and strapped a piece of DJ-Pon 3's skin over her eyes. An apple was actually stuffed in Spitfire's mouth. The last thing Spitfire saw was Rainbow Dash before she died. Spitfire's body was found underneath the floorboards. Pinkie was killed and stuffed in the cupboard. When Mare Do Well finally died the investigation was over.
Who was in the Mare Do Well suit?

We should determine whether Applejack is on the "victim suspect list" or the "murderer suspect list".
This poisoned chi thing bothers me. Was the victim poisoned? If that's so, was it tea that was the carrier of the poison? I think I recall a type of tea that had chi in the name somewhere, but I'm not sure. If I'm right, that points towards Fluttershy being the victim.
Plus, now that I know what I'm looking for, I see that the "dares" in that part of the poem is a hint at Recoloured Da- I mean Daring Do.
Another clue pointing at Fluttershy, hinting at her tendecy to stay out of sight and out of the way.
This makes me think that it was either multiple murderers, or that it was Rainbow Dash who killed our victim and hid her in Sweet Apple Acres so that the blame would be shifted to someone else, although I can't see where the vinyl fits in this theory.
Hint at the victim being Rarity (obviously). Plus, it helps my theory that the body was hidden in Sweet Apple Acres.

Hint at that it was the Mare-Do-Well who died, and that it was Twilight who was the superheroine. More hints at the victim being Fluttershy, but also towards Applejack and Rainbow dash.
Now that I think about it, the murderer hid the body "underneath the floorboards", which reminds me of "The Telltale Heart", by Edgar Allan Poe. In it, the body was hiden in the same place, except in the house of the narrator.
The narrator spoke about how the victim's fake glass eye, the iris of which was blue, unnerved him and terrified him until the point of commiting murder. If this poem is a refference to that story, then that's a clue pointing towards the victim being Fluttershy or Pinkie Pie.
Then again, I read The Telltale Heart once, years ago, in Spanish. I could be remembering things wrong.

I'd say, if there are two killer's, Vinyl and Rainbow. But if there is only one killer, then I say Rainbow. Due to the fact that there are Daring Do and Mare Do Well references, and the Rainbow was the last thing one of them saw, it makes the most sense. The vinyl thing is to frame someone else. The only thing that doesn't make sense is that Rainbow is Loyalty. She is a very loyal pony, we've seen it multiple times. She wouldn't murder somepony.
