So what do y'all think about the "possibly" new art style. As the article states the heads are a bit more round. The ears have added depth, and twilight's horn is more sectioned up compared to the singular style in the show.
Personally I enjoy it, but alot of the love for this show and these characters(in my opinion) is their simplicity of design. Children could draw the ponies. And adding more detail kinda detracts from that. Questions, comments, concerns down below. Seriously, refute my bias and rip me a new one people! Arguments are chicken noodle for the soul!

I think this animation style is only made for the movie and not for the show, because most animated movies based on tv shows usually use different animation then the show.
