About ready to take my first steps, wih my first Fimfiction.

To all who come to this happy place: waffles!

Anyways, a month ago, I never did think I'd end up on Fimfiction, let alone actually reading some of the stories on here. However, that all changed in a big way recently.

It all started some months ago, when I found some rather intriguing expansion-related art, commissioned by user AppleorPie, showing his well-endowed stallion O.C., and an enormously-endowed Applebloom. The images just seemed to trigger something in me, and in a few of his postings, AoP made mention of little story vignettes, making me ask if there was anymore, or if he had a full story he was sitting on.

Sadly, that wasn't the case, but I inquired if I might be allowed to use his O.C., and do my own interpretation of the story between Applebloom and his character. I was happy that AoP did allow me to do this, and so, I wrote out the first chapter, and sent it to him. However, it was mainly a test: if he didn't like where I was going, I was willing to stop, and walk away from the intriguing concept. However, his response about liking the first chapter, and eagerness to see where the story went, quickly had me eagerly churn out another chapter. I did appreciate him asking me to slow down a bit, and that has helped greatly in putting together chapter three.

I feel like I am in the home stretch right now for proof-reading and tightening up some of the first chapter, and hope to have it up in the next 7-10 days, along with a cover image I put together (a good romance needs a good romance novel cover!).
