I'm Still Here

I am currently on a new chapter of the story, I'm Still Here, and I realized something. After the first chapter, Dash brings Scoots to her cloud palace IN THE SKY when she CAN'T EVEN FLY!
Just what in the world of the whatedy-what-what-what?! In which scenario does it make sense that she can fly with an injured wing?! How did it even slip my mind that it's completely impossible to do so in that condition!?
What, did she get a sky taxi? Teleport? Fart herself up there as if she was a rocket made by the pony version of NASA? Eat herself, legs first, and then disappear from the canon universe to a universe that she isn't injured in and she still has scoots so that she can end up at her home in the sky?
Did anyone else actually notice, or did you only assume she had another means of transportation? Seriously, did all of the people who have read it when it first come out not say anything because they thought she got taxied up there?
I haven't read that tale yet, but I assure you that I can relate entirely to this situation!
I think the fandom ignored that oversight because in "Read It And Weep", RD was discharged from the hospital when her wing was barely functional. The hospital gave her a wheelchair only up to the front door of the hospital, so basically the entire fandom assumed that injured pegasi have assistants who will help them return home in case of wing injury.
And we all assumed that was the case in your story.
