4265856 These guys are an anti-suicide group, so I'm taking a guess, since these guys are to help people through phone-lines, the man was screaming because of all what was happening. All the stress and bad things, like the divorce, got the best of him, making him break to a scream, and basically, he calls for help.
That's my theory on this.
