Diamond of Desire Chapter 4 Published · 5:18pm Oct 11th, 2016
As another Tuesday morning (afternoon for eastern folks) rolls around, so too does another chapter of Diamond of Desire. I'm making a special post for this update because, as of Saturday, the entire story has reached the final draft stage, meaning all of the updates from now on are preloaded and guaranteed to be up every Tuesday until the story's conclusion.
From the third and fourth chapter on is where I'm most excited about the story, as that's where it really picks up. I hope everyone enjoys how the story proper unfolds as much as I did writing it. That's one really awesome thing about this story: A lot of writing it didn't feel like a chore like writing usually does. I had a lot of fun with most of the dialogue and with a certain character or two.
Also, as far as authors go, I share one trait with a great many in that certain music tracks help me mentally shape a section of my story. Below is the song I listened to by far the most while writing the story, and the scene that goes with it is in today's update! You'll know it when you see it. This song also made me grateful for having an expensive pair of headphones that handle high volumes well.
