On: To Where and Back Again (Spoiler free)

So, firstly, that episode (or, well, two episodes) was amazing, a great change of pace, and overall a great time. There were a few things I know some people won't like about it, but I've never been a very critical person, so I'm fine with how the writers worked it. I won't go into details, though, because spoilers and whatnot.

The reason for this blog is to clarify that none of the events in the finale will have any bearing on the plot of my story. I was lucky in that there was no new canon that contradicted any of my headcanon for Infestation of CHS (if anything, some things were confirmed), but none of the new canon that could hypothetically be added in will be. This is largely because I had the full thing outlined before I even posted the first chapter. So, sorry if you really wanted to see any of that happen, but I'm sure there will be other, better fics that do explore the new canon of the episode.
