That moment when you worry so badly for a friend.
You see, I took Kat and Vince with me to go hiking yesterday. Kat had never been hiking before in her entire life. But she agreed anyway.
So me and Vince got our things ready and waited for Kat..... She arrived a few minutes late.
She tried to apologize for being late, but I told her it didn't matter.
And so we went on our way.
But halfway through the hike, I could tell things with Kat weren't going so well.
Based on her code of "Not complaining" as she calls it, she wouldn't say anything. Not a single word.
And I could tell she was in quite a lot of hurt based on her expression. According to Vince, she was pale as fuck.
I told Vince to keep an eye on her, cause I was concerned.
Not much longer, I heard her say in a rather low hurt tone my name...... Right before she crumpled and passed out right there.
Good thing I caught her.
Well, we decided we had to go home. No use continuing without Kat. Otherwise she would claim of leaving her out somehow. I'm not sure why.
So when we got to Vince's place, I asked him what I should do.
He told me to keep an eye on her for when she woke.
And so I did..... Turns out Kat was passed out for a couple of hours.
And when she came to, she seemed a bit.... Lethargic.
Didn't really seem to know what was going on. I asked her if she was okay.
She told me she was really dizzy.
I told her what had happened and she went silent. Like really silent. Wouldnt even look at me. The guilty look told me she would of rather crawled under a rock and died.
I tried my best to comfort her, but this did no good.
She took her cane and after a short clipped Goodbye, I didn't see her for the rest of the day.
Hell, I didn't even see her today. I don't know why she's avoiding me.
Did.... Did I do something wrong?
4228940 I think you are right. I'll try to talk to her about this..... If she listens.
