People know you're not supposed to talk in a library, right?

This is common knowledge, right? This is something that the average person on the street should be expected to know, right? It's not just me, RIGHT?

I ask because I have to deal with loud assholes in my college's library every FUCKING day. Am I wrong to want to give them all Colombian neckties because they won't SHUT THE GODDAMN HELL UP IN A CHUCKLE-FUCKING LIBRARY?!!
