Updates!!! · 2:41am Sep 12th, 2016
Woof, gone dark here for a while, didn't I? Well, I'm back again with a bit of a report for the stories.
First off, in regards to Decent Challenge, the next chapter is underway, but it might take a while. In addition, after some conversations with members of a Discord Chat server, I've decided to rename the story to something else. No idea what, however, but I will have the name changed in the near or distant future, and if you have any suggestions, they are very much welcome.
Secondly, I was recently challenged by a fellow member of the IDA Writer's Guild to write a story bearing a semblance to a specific musical artist. However, due to the nature of the challenge, I am not able to reveal which artist, but what I will say is that this story will be out hopefully in October and will be Nightmare Night-centric. In any matter, keep an eye out for a new story within the next few weeks! It'll definitely be a ghoulish delight!
Lastly, we have yet another story coming up, a mystery project if you will. All I can say it will be a crossover, and that's very much it. We cannot say when it'll come out, but hopefully it will be worth the wait. Keep your eye's posted.
That's all the news for now! In the meantime, enjoy the IDA's own stories, and here's a Writer's Recommendation (for those of you new to the IDA, at the end of every update and post, we recommend the work of another author as a show of support)! Today, I am happy to suggest This Game of Mine by Swan Song, a story about a certain young filly acquiring a Cutie Mark in gaming and how her life is affected by it. Incredibly well written, with compelling characters and a very interesting take on how people reacted to Geek Media during times of strife, I would gladly recommend this story and give my thanks to the author herself, Swan Song, for putting up with my insanity on her Discord Chat. Check her story out, give it a favorite and a like, and tell her who sent ya!
