Good Shows from the past that might be getting over looked now · 5:46pm Sep 10th, 2016

So yeah, I tried introducing a friend to the series Reboot by sending him a link to the first episode, and he said he didn't even make it five minutes in because of the CG, I encouraged him to try looking at more than the CG. Yes, it's early 90's CG, at least the first 2 seasons are, seasons 3 and 4 are more of a case of early 2000s CG. For those of you don't know Reboot was the world's first fully CG animated series and began its initial run on television in 1994, and as stated above ran for 4 seasons. However, half way through season 3 of the series abc decided to cut the series from its children's show lineup, it was thankfully picked up by Cartoonnetwork a few months later and allowed continue on through its 4th season. I grew up the show, so I have a bit of nostalgia for the series. I recently watched the first season again, and it actually turned out the series actually aged pretty well. Sadly, the production company was bought out by another a few years ago, this wouldn't have been much of an issue for the Reboot fans if it weren't for a few things, but the lack of an allegedly promised movie is one of the big ones for us, especially with how were teased with the possible plot of said movie. The show's still good, here's one of the openings from the first season

After a few episodes, you can see the production staff having fun with a few things, especially in the later seasons where things are a bit more polished. A few years ago many of Reboot's fan base heard rumors circulating that a movie for the series was in the works, made all the more plausible with 2 teaser trailers, this was the first one

, it's just sad to see a good show go and then hear nothing about again.
Young Justice is a more recent example, but in the case of Young Justice, the series still has a chance to come back on the Netflix format. Another good show that got canned for no real good reason was the original Teen Titans, the closest we got to that now is the lacking of any sort of effort Teen Titans Go, which ironically was the name of the tie-in comics for the original Teen Titans series.

Can any of you think of any other shows that were decent, good, or great from an earlier time that are getting overlooked now? If you can please give some info on those series, it can be annoying when someone mentions a show that's not in the recent collective memory with no explanation.

Finding episodes for Reboot online are pretty hard, mostly because the series name is also a term for reviving or rebirthing a series with some updates for the current age it's revived in.
