How to start it? Let me re-read the previous chapters and I'll get back to you when I have some suggestions.
Don't beat yourself up! Quality>Quantity
Listen to some music, get yourself a drink, and read. Read some fics and calm yourself. You never know, that fic you read or that song you listen to just might hit you with some inspiration!
Do not beat yourself up over the amount of time it takes to update. On my first story, it took me a month to publish chapter 4, and now a month later, I've barely started chapter 5. Just remember that quality is much more important than quantity.

Chillax, magn. I know you don't like leaving us hanging, and that's good. It feeds my ego of feeling somewhat important! (Kidding) But, yea. Just calm down, read something, listen to music, do something to fire those ole' creative engines in your brain. Celestia, meditate, or sumthen. Just don't get angry or freak out, it makes the writer's block worse.
And, I'd give you a little nudge with the begining, but... I'd have to re-read it, first.

Hrm... On the subject of how to start the next chapter... you could start where you left off, with everyone running in and all that, or sometime after. I'm not a romantic writer, so I can't get much off the top of my head, sorry. :l

That 2nd PMV was the best IMO I love this fandom. For its works both in books and movies and music. Anyways, take your time we understand it may take a bit I would rather wait a month for a chapter on a story and enjoy the hell out of it instead of getting a chapter a week and going "Dafuq did I just read?" If you need some help and what not give me a message I always have ideas swimming in my brain somewhere. Patience is key to story writing I have found and you must have plenty of it. Hope I helped!

But yeah, music is the way to go. It feels like forever since I have last written, but I do need to get back into the swing of things.
I don't know if you're much of a gamer/movie-goer, but for some inspirational music I'd go with something like:
Requiem for a Dream or, One Final Effort. And of course, if you're feeling a bit sad you can always take a peek!
